Summary of Findings

The survey revealed a high recognition of the usefulness of PoCGS (Automated Gram Staining Device) and BiTTE (AI-based Microorganism Identification Support Software) in Indonesia and Vietnam, along with strong expectations for the introduction of AI technologies.
The main needs expressed by local healthcare professionals included reducing examination time, automation and standardization of testing, and easing human workload. These findings suggest that our solutions have strong potential to address challenges such as the shortage of medical personnel and the need to establish and enhance diagnostic frameworks in both countries.
